It shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes, and your feedback will give me invaluable ideas and insights on how I can make the website better for you.
Two quick things about the survey:
- All 5 questions are optional. The more feedback I get the better, but feel free to answer only the questions you want. Also, the more thorough your answers are the better, but feel free to be as brief as you want. Any information you can provide, no matter how small, will help me.
- The survey is anonymous. Although I have included contact fields, they’re also optional and are there only for those of you who wouldn’t mind me thanking you personally or asking specific questions about your feedback. Also, I may post the results in the future, but won’t publish anyone’s details.
