This book sounds interesting.I purchased a couple of meditations for the brain but have 'slacked' off listening to them. They're supposed to increase your brain power through 'beats' of music. Someone that inspired me a lot is Randy Pausch. Through his Last Lecture and Time Management he put me on the path of making me more efficient.
