Nick: Quotations work great for presentations. Another (unrelated) tip that I found to work is taking a look at past events that happened at the same day of the presentation and mention them somehow, customizing the presentation delivery... Great quote, by the way. Having struggled many times with procrastination myself, this makes a great addition to my collection. Thanks!

Some great resources listed here. I was Toastmaster of the evening at a Toastmasters International event on Wednesday. Because it was the day before Valentine’s day I used ThinkExist to come up with some great related quotations and the audience was delighted.

Great post, Luciano! I completely agree that “Quotes have the highest wisdom density you can get in a single sentence.” That’s the main reason I love quotes. Also thanks for giving some good sites to start collecting quotes from.
